This deliverable describes the techno economic framework that has been developed
in task 4.1.3 of Work P ackage 4 of the H2ME 2 project to evaluate competitiveness of
Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) in different energy system scenarios and
identify favourable operating strategies for electrolysers at hydrogen refuelling
stations (HRS).
