In the period leading up to the Danish general election on 1 November, there was a sharp focus on the climate and energy agenda.

Hydrogen and Power-to-X (PtX) are important parts of the Danish and global transition, not least in the transport sector. That’s why the Hydrogen Industry and the project partner Brintbranchen, invited two politicians on a hydrogen drive to talk about green hydrogen and the Danish opportunities in the area. It was also a good opportunity to show off the technology. Not many people have had the opportunity to sit in a hydrogen car or try to refuel them, which is why the Hydrogen Industry took Katarina Ammitzbøll (former MF, Conservative) and Pia Olsen Dyhr (MF, chairman of SF) out to see the technology in reality.

It turned into road trips with good talks about the possibilities of hydrogen in transport and the Danish positions of strength in industry and development.
