Copenhagen Cluster presents results

On September 13th 2017, Hydrogen Denmark hosted’s Annual Conference for the second time. Around 60 car enthusiasts gathered in the Copenhagen Meatpacking District for an interesting afternoon with focus on the three types of FCEVs on Danish roads: Toyota Mirai, Hyundai iX35 as well as Honda Clarity, the car most recently introduced to the Danish market. The day also marked the official end of the Danish participation in the HyFIVE project, in which more than 40 FCEVs have been deployed and two hydrogen refueling stations have been constructed in the cities of Aarhus and Korsør.

The HyFIVE project has supported the expansion of the Danish HRS network and made it possible that Denmark is worldwide the first country with a nationwide HRS network. In Denmark there is now a total of 10 hydrogen refueling  stations strategically placed across the country.

During the Annual Conference, the Danish project results were presented by the CEO from Hydrogen Denmark, Tejs Laustsen Jensen. For more information on the Danish HyFive results click here

Even though the HyFIVE project has ended, Hydrogen Denmark will continue to support the expansion of FCEVs and fuel cell and hydrogen technology for transport. The efforts are proceeded by Hydrogen Denmark’s participation in the Hydrogen Mobility Europe (H2ME2) project.
